2. Orders & Payments
- All orders are subject to product availability
- We accept UPI, and QR Scanner
- Payment must be completed before order processing
3. Shipping Policy
- We ship our perishable chocolates via express delivery to ensure peak freshness.
- Maximum care is taken to pack the valuable orders to ensure safe shipping
- Normally it takes 2 calendar days within Chennai and 5 calendar days for Rest of Tamilnadu.
- Though every care is taken when dispatching our chocolates, please note that we are not responsible for any transit damages or in case of unattended address.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products:
- Orders for highly perishable items like chocolates must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
- Due to the sensitive nature of these products, cancellations beyond this window are not eligible for a refund.
- This policy ensures quality and freshness, as preparation and shipping processes begin shortly after your order is placed.
5. Product Quality
We guarantee the quality of our chocolates if stored properly:
- Store in cool, dry conditions (18-22°C)
- Consume your chocolate immediately as it is perishable
- Contact us immediately for quality issues
